Rules & Regulations
Last updated: August 24, 2026
These Rules supplement the Terms of Service and govern day-to-day use of Relyo. The Terms are the contract. Where the Terms and these Rules say the same thing differently, the Terms prevail. Money questions are answered by the Refund Policy.
Relyo is operated by Ridoco, KVK 95439609, De Nieuwe Erven 3-12572, 5431 NV Cuijk, Netherlands. Dutch law applies.
1. Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the legal minimum age where you live if that is higher.
- One account per person. A second account made to get around a ban, a restriction or a rate limit is itself a violation.
- Everything done from your account is your responsibility, including calls made with API keys you generate.
- Keep your Discord and Reddit logins secure. Report a takeover of your account.
- Do not impersonate another person, another project, or Relyo staff.
2. What you may not publish
This covers bot listings, server listings, Reddit bot listings, reviews and anything else you submit:
- Sexual content involving minors. This is reported to the authorities and the account is banned without warning.
- Adult and explicit content. Relyo is an all-ages listing site.
- Malware, token grabbers, keyloggers, stealers, exploits, and links to infrastructure that serves them.
- Scams and phishing, including fake giveaways, fake Nitro or Robux offers, and crypto giveaway bait.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats of violence, and content targeting people over a protected characteristic.
- Content that infringes someone else's trademark, copyright or other rights.
- Listings that lie about what the bot does, who owns it, or who it is affiliated with. Relyo is not affiliated with Discord Inc. or Reddit Inc.
- Services that sell engagement: bought members, bought followers, paid votes.
Submissions run through an automatic keyword screen before they go live. A submission that trips the screen is held as pending and is not visible on the site until a moderator has looked at it.
3. Voting integrity
- No self-voting. The owner of a listing cannot vote for it. The vote endpoint refuses it.
- One vote per listing per 12 hours. Do not try to beat the cooldown.
- No automated voting. No scripts, no headless browsers, no click farms.
- No vote manipulation. No vote trading, no paid votes, no alt accounts, no cycling IP addresses to get past the per-address limits.
- No coercion. Do not make a vote the price of access, a role, or a reward in your community.
Every vote is scored for fraud on submission. The score uses account age, how many votes came from the same address hash in the last 12 and 24 hours, how many different listings you voted for in a day, and whether the request looks like a browser. A vote that scores high enough is still recorded, but it does not count toward the listing total or its statistics. You are not notified when this happens.
4. Reviews
- Review what you have actually used. Do not review your own listing and do not organise reviews for it.
- No links in reviews. Reviews containing links are hidden automatically and wait for a moderator.
- No profanity, abuse or personal attacks. The same automatic screen applies, including to obfuscated spellings.
- Anyone signed in can report a review. Moderators can hide a review, which also removes it from the listing rating.
5. API and automation
- API keys are personal. Do not share them or resell access.
- Stay inside the rate limit attached to your key.
- Do not scrape or mirror the site, and do not use the API to rebuild it elsewhere.
- Webhooks you configure receive data about the people who interact with your listing. Handle it accordingly, and do not point a webhook at infrastructure you do not control.
6. How to report something
There are two routes, and they go to different places.
- Report from the listing. Every bot, server and Reddit bot page has a Report action. Pick a reason, add the detail, submit. You need to be signed in, one open report per listing per person, and up to five reports an hour. The report lands in the moderation queue with your account attached to it.
- Legal notice by email. For copyright, trademark, other rights, and for anything that needs a formal notice under the EU Digital Services Act, write to legalrelyo@doombringerz.com. Include: what right is being infringed, the exact URL, why the content is unlawful, your name and contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith that the information is accurate and complete. Notices with enough detail to identify the content and the illegality are treated as giving Relyo actual knowledge of it.
Reports are worked in order of severity, with a target of 5 working days to reach every one. The moderator records the outcome and the reason on the report itself. The report form does not show you that outcome, so if you need it, ask in a support ticket and quote the listing. Legal notices sent by email are answered by email. A report filed in bad faith or in bulk can itself lead to enforcement against the account that filed it.
7. What happens when a rule is broken
The moderator picks from what the platform can do:
- Held before publication. A submission that trips the content screen stays pending and invisible until a moderator clears it.
- Rejected at review. A pending listing is rejected with a written reason, and the reason is emailed to the owner. It does not go live.
- Review hidden. A review that breaks these Rules is hidden and stops counting toward the listing rating.
- Votes not counted. Votes that score as fraudulent are left out of the total, without notice.
- Listing taken down. A published listing that breaks these Rules is removed from the site by the operator. You can also delist your own listing yourself at any time from your dashboard.
- Account banned. A ban cuts off the whole account immediately: no login, no API key, no submissions, no votes, no reviews, no boosts, no access to the Relay balance. Bans are the answer to malware, scams, vote fraud at scale, and repeat offences.
There is no IP ban and no device ban. Ban evasion is dealt with by banning the new account.
8. Enforcement and paid credit
Relay is digital credit for use on the Platform. Enforcement does not take it off your balance and does not buy it back:
- A banned account keeps whatever Relay it had. A banned account cannot sign in, so nothing can be spent while the ban stands.
- Relay on an account banned for breaking these Rules is not refunded. This is the exception written into the Refund Policy.
- Relay already spent on a boost is gone whatever happens afterwards, including if the listing is later taken down. The boost was delivered.
- Boosts are not cancellable and are not refunded. There is no mechanism to stop one once it starts.
Nothing here removes a right you have as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.
9. Who decides
Decisions are made by Relyo staff holding a moderator or admin role. No automated system bans an account or removes a listing on its own: the content screen and the vote fraud score only hold, hide or discount content, and a person makes every decision that ends in a rejection, a takedown or a ban. Bans, unbans, role changes and listing approvals and rejections are written to an internal audit log with the identity of the staff member who made them.
10. Appeals
Every enforcement decision can be challenged, and the challenge is read by a person.
- If you can still sign in (a rejected listing, a hidden review, a takedown), open a support ticket from your dashboard under the Account or Report category. Say which decision you are challenging and why it is wrong.
- If you are banned a ticket is not open to you. A banned account cannot sign in. Email legalrelyo@doombringerz.com from an address that can be tied to the account, with your Discord user ID.
Appeals are answered within 14 days. An appeal that is upheld reverses the decision: the ban is lifted, or the listing goes back up. Decisions on sexual content involving minors, malware and large-scale fraud are final. You can always take a dispute to a Dutch court, and as an EU consumer to a court where you live, whatever the outcome of an appeal.
11. Changes to these Rules
Material changes are announced on the Platform, and the date at the top of this page moves. Continuing to use Relyo after a change means you accept it.
